READ BIO

Pheazy was born and raised in Australia, and was exposed to tattoos from a young age whether it be from film or out and about. He started tattooing in 2011 and has been tattooing for nearly 10 years, during that time he also studied fine art at the College of Fine Art UNSW.

Pheazy was first inspired to pursue tattooing as a teenager as he watched his friends get bad tattoos. More importantly, he saw it as an outlet for his work to stay permanently.

He started from humble beginnings at a shop in Mount Druitt, had a blast at Skin Deep in Newtown as well as Hunter & Fox in Alexandria.

His favourite imagery to tattoo are dragons and tigers. Pheazy’s work represents his own take and remix of Japanese tattoos and woodblock prints which explore Sydney’s urban subculture.

He loves Japanese tattoos the most because they look tough and gangster.
