Martin started drawing in his early twenties, mostly learning from the internet and talented friends. He taught himself graphic design, classical drawing and animation.
Before tattooing Martin worked as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and an Animator for gaming and design studios around Sydney. One friendly and generous studio supported him to train at Computer Graphics Master Academy to sharpen his art skills, there he was schooled under Ron Lemen and Marco Buccio.
During that time Martin had friends in the tattoo industry that encouraged him to learn tattooing. At first he was very resistant having little interest in tattoos, but after some time a love for the craft was cultivated. While working in creative studios Martin learnt to tattoo on the side with help from his friends. After some hard work he was able to get gigs as a Full time Artist in Sydney’s west and east. After a couple years of experience he found a new home at Little Tokyo where he now happily tattoos.
His other loves include skateboarding, Pokémon, and ducks.
